Verel brings structure to events and interior fit-outs with monday.com

Since 2004, Verel has designed and built interiors, events and experience centres. With more than 40 professionals, emails, personal to-do lists and Excel were no longer enough.

Scattered information as a risk

Information was spread across channels and people, instead of sitting with the project itself. That made project follow-up fragile and heavily dependent on individuals.

From lead to deal in monday CRM

Every project starts in monday CRM. Leads are tracked centrally, with a view of status, win probability and next steps. Budgets and expected revenue live in the same environment, so management and finance can adjust course in real time.

Projects through work management and templates

As soon as a deal is approved, a project board is rolled out automatically in monday Work Management, with a fixed template for each type of project. Every team follows the same structure and communicates directly on the project.

Working with Tryve

Verel worked closely with Dieter Ceulemans, senior monday.com consultant at Tryve. His expertise and commitment built trust, so monday.com quickly found its place in the organisation.
