One tool, many teams

WEAREONE.world has six major business units: Festival & Events, Music, Experiences, Leisure, Products and Fiction. They are supported by central departments such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Legal, IT and Partnerships.

Tryve advised on the workflows, implemented monday.com across the business units, supported the teams after go-live and optimised the licences.

From artist management to radio scheduling

The team behind Tomorrowland manages all its artists in monday.com. One World Radio organises its entire radio schedule there, from weekly shows to special themed broadcasts, with freelance hosts in different time zones.

Content creation without vague briefs

The in-house creative team of 43 people receives requests from almost every department. With monday.com, creative requests come in structured and the right person is assigned automatically. That keeps quality high and responsibilities clear.

Result

monday.com is the central platform for tracking projects, both internally and with external partners. It saves a lot of emails and keeps to-dos and approval flows up to date at all times.
