Frequently asked questions about monday dev

Why monday dev and not just monday Work Management?

For simple projects, monday Work Management is enough. monday dev adds features for software teams, such as sprints, a backlog, bug tracking and integrations with GitHub and GitLab. If you work in sprints or with a backlog, monday dev is usually the better choice.

Can you migrate our data from Jira?

Yes. We first look at what you want to bring along, such as epics, stories, bugs, statuses and owners, and how that will look in monday dev. Then we migrate it and check together that everything is right.

Do all teams have to switch?

No. Often one team starts, and others follow along through dashboards or shared boards. Because everything runs on the same platform, you can expand later without starting over.

How much does monday dev cost?

monday dev has its own licences. You will find the current prices in our article on monday.com pricing. On top of that there is the one-off investment for the setup by Tryve.
