guideBefore implementation

Start with the right choices.

A monday.com setup is only as strong as the thinking that goes into it. We map your processes, teams and goals, or audit your existing setup, and turn that into a plan that works.

Sound familiar?

monday.com is flexible. That is exactly why it pays to think first, before boards, automations and habits take shape that are hard to undo later.

  • You want to start with monday.com, but don't know where to begin
  • Your processes are scattered across Excel, email and separate tools
  • You already use monday.com, but every team works differently
  • Dashboards and reporting lead to debate
  • You're unsure which products and licences you really need

What we do in Guide

Four ways to start with confidence, or to put an existing setup back on the right track.

1

monday.com audit

An independent review of your current setup by a senior consultant, with a prioritised report within 5 to 10 working days.

  • Workflow structure
  • Use of views, automations and integrations
  • Governance, permissions and security
2

Strategic advice

An outside, objective view of your processes. We challenge habits, bring best practice from hundreds of projects and help you make choices that stand the test of time.

  • Workshops with your core team
  • Governance and ownership
  • Choices that keep scaling
3

Process analysis and roadmap

We listen to your needs, map your processes and pinpoint the friction. You get a phased plan: start small with one core process, or roll out broadly from day one.

  • Discovery with every team involved
  • Scope, timing and budget
  • Clear next steps
4

Product and licence advice

monday Work Management, monday CRM or both? We help you choose and make sure you pay for neither too many nor too few licences.

  • Advice on products and plans
  • Licence optimisation
  • Directly through your Platinum Partner

Frequently asked questions about Guide

What is a monday.com audit?

A structured review of your existing monday.com setup. A senior consultant analyses your workflows, board structure, dashboards, automations, integrations and permissions. You receive an overview of improvements, quick wins and strategic optimisations you can put into practice straight away.

How long does an audit take?

Most audits are completed within 5 to 10 working days, depending on the size of your account. That includes the analysis, an advisory report and a personal walkthrough.

Do you need access to our account?

Yes, temporary admin access so we can analyse your boards, dashboards, automations and settings properly. Your data stays entirely within your own monday.com account, and the access is used for the audit only.

After Guide, do we have to implement with Tryve?

No. You get a complete report and plan. Some organisations carry it out in-house, others bring us in for Build or Elevate. The choice is entirely yours.

What does advice or an audit cost?

That depends on the complexity of your setup, the number of teams and the scope. We agree everything clearly up front, so you know exactly what to expect. In a first conversation we work out together what you need.
