Standmark manages 250+ projects efficiently with monday.com
Every year, Standmark builds more than 250 exhibition stands and countless interiors for shops, showrooms and museums. After the acquisition of Diverso Plus, it needed a better overview.
- An overview of 250+ projects
- Central management of venue and client information
- Financial follow-up

A growing need for digitalisation
Project and client management ran through several separate applications. With the extra clients after the acquisition of Diverso Plus, it had to stay practical: who works on which project, how do you spread the workload and how do you communicate smoothly.
Managing trade fairs and venues centrally
Together with Tryve consultant Dieter Ceulemans, Standmark set up monday.com to manage clients, trade fair venues and fair organisers centrally, with practical information such as accessibility, hotels and local suppliers.
From deal to project
Every project is linked to a client, venue and fair organiser, and starts from a template for stand building or interiors. An order list with the most common materials is prepared automatically.
Central overview and financial follow-up
In the weekly meeting, a central project portfolio shows at a glance what is done and what needs attention. Deposits, final invoices and extras are tracked per project as the basis for invoicing.
