Iberia is one of monday.com's most promising markets, with strong reference clients and still limited partner coverage. We are looking for a true entrepreneur who builds the go-to-market from scratch, leads sales and account management and helps build Tryve Iberia, starting in Spain.

What you will do
Go-to-market strategy: Budget, priorities, positioning and targets, in line with Tryve's European expansion.
Business development: Developing new opportunities and managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Relationship with monday.com: Building the local relationship with monday.com and using the partnership to accelerate growth.
Input for marketing: Sharing local market insights for campaigns, content and events.
Team building: Recruiting, onboarding and growing the team.
Reporting: Reporting transparently to management and the team through Quarterly Business Reviews.
Who we are looking for
- A passion for digital tools and a good understanding of business processes. Experience with monday.com or SaaS is a plus
- Fluent Spanish and English. Portuguese is a plus
- A proven track record in B2B or SaaS sales, from prospecting to closing
- Entrepreneurial, with experience in building or scaling a company or market
- Experience in partner management and strong stakeholder relationships
- Knowledge of the Spanish (and ideally Portuguese) business landscape
